Easy Pico de Gallo Recipe

Tangy, delicious pico de gallo!
  • 1 c diced Tomatoes
  • 1 c diced Cilantro
  • 1 c diced Red Onions
  • 2-3 cloves minced Garlic
  • 2-3 T Olive Oil (or more to taste)
  • 3-4 T fresh Lime Juice (or more to taste)
  • Salt to taste
  1. Dice the tomatoes, cilantro, and red onions.
  2. Mince the garlic.
  3. Stir dry ingredients together, and then add the wet ingredients.
  4. Taste.
  5. Add more olive oil, or lime juice or salt to taste.
  6. Serve!
