Easy Pico de Gallo Recipe

- 1 c diced Tomatoes
- 1 c diced Cilantro
- 1 c diced Red Onions
- 2-3 cloves minced Garlic
- 2-3 T Olive Oil (or more to taste)
- 3-4 T fresh Lime Juice (or more to taste)
- Salt to taste
- Dice the tomatoes, cilantro, and red onions.
- Mince the garlic.
- Stir dry ingredients together, and then add the wet ingredients.
- Taste.
- Add more olive oil, or lime juice or salt to taste.
- Serve!
